Immaculate everywhere. Some hardware issues as missing door hinge and mystery light switches ( maybe bulb issues). Overall very easy to get around with a vehicle. Not walking distance to town. That was not an issue for us. Centrally located between Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. 10 minutes either direction.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home even with two toddlers. The backyard was very comfortable and the house was in a great location to anything we wanted to go see or do.
