Lovely comfortable villa close to the lagoon and the West Coast National Park

A beautiful well-equipped villa. Linn was attentive and produced a hairdryer quickly when requested.

There were building works at a nearby property which spoilt the view and the peace.

Location was awesome with a lagoon view. Flat is modern and spacious.

Workmen were busy renovating an adjacent property and this was noisy and intrusive. A small bar of soap in the bathrooms for handwashing on arrival would have been nice.

Beautiful location, loved going down to the beach early in the morning. Vusi was very friendly and helpful as well. Very attentive.

Wasnpleasant and loved the location

The place where the cottage is situated is close to the Lagoon, so a really beautiful setting, pity about the parking space, as need more space especially if there are more then 2 vehicles in at the same time, we were lucky as the only vehicle. Vusi met us on arrival and was very friendly.

The facilities were very sparse, no hot water in kitchen, tap does not work the same with the main bedroom bathroom, hot water does not come off the tap. Pots/ and frying pans were far and few inbetween, and needs to be nore well equipped for colder weather, with possibly an additional heater. Contractors on site, so could not enjoy the balconey as they were busy in the house right in front of the balconey area.

The blinds in the rooms are see through at night. There are two properties. Make sure you book the one you want. They were both lovely however according to the pictures we were expecting the other house.

Vusi is an absolute champion and nothing was too much trouble for him. The owner says that the unit is due for renovation.

The views are extraordinary. It is so peaceful and calm. I have two toddlers and it was fully equipped for all their needs. The host is friendly and helpful. It was clean, neat and spacious.

beautiful views,comfortable and well fitted accommodation .The area was quiet and peaceful and lent itself to a relaxing weekend

The parking was not easy to navigate but the location of the apartment was in proximity to a few other properties so we understood the shortage of parking spaces .The caretaker of the accommodation was happy to guide our 2nd vehicle to another parking space further up towards the road

No provision at all, except some lighting, for load shedding. So no way of making a cup of tea or coffee or cooking a simple hot meal when the power is off. I’m sure this will be sorted by the landlady soon.

Great location with view on the bay, very quiet but along the beach (which you reach via a private path and gate) just a short walk away to the center of Langebaan with shops and bars. The flat is very spacious and in excellent condition. We where here during stage 6 loadshedding, but that was not much of a problem as the flat is equipped with some battery powered rechargeable lamps and a very nice braai (which we used every day and got magically cleaned every morning). I would definitely come back next time I go to Langebaan!

Elegant and comfortable home with views

We stayed in the “cottage”, not the “villa” which can be confusing in the photos. Whichever property you get, you will not be disappointed in the views, the modern decor and structure, or the comfort of this beautiful property. The “cottage” is an extremely spacious and elegant two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. It is clean, well furnished, and comfortable for two couples. It is difficult to find and no restaurants are within walking distance, so bring food to eat there. The complex is located at the end of a narrow lane in an area of lots of construction, so difficult to navigate. The other home which shares the end of the driveway had 5 cars parked there later, so once we were in our designated space, we wouldn’t have been able to back out in order to go to dinner anyway. Fortunately, by the time we left in the morning, all the cars had left for work, so backing out was not an issue.

Difficult to find (especially in the dark) and parking situation was far from ideal
