Cigarette smokers on the balcony below but that is not the fault of the rental.

Embarrassing is the best word to describe the overall experience

The attitude of the hosts was very ok, they were kind to let us keep our bikes for all day in their office, the communication before arrival was also quite ok. The key collection was perfectly easy.

The quality of the house, the room itself and the sofa in the room we were offered to sleep was altogether a disaster. Value for money should be a negative number. I understand it is high season in a very popular by the sea destination, but my negative comment is not about the price, which I am glad to pay, but about the zero quality that stands behind that price. What really pisses me off is the total mismatch between the photos on Booking and the actual apartment, they are obviously totally different places. There was no WiFi also, even if advertised. I felt like a student leaving in a dormitory rather than a tourist leaving in an apartment.

- Excellent location right next to the beach and just a short walk from the Miedzyzdroje Pier - Very helpful staff (the day of our arrival was a bit chaotic for us, but the staff helped us a lot with collecting the keys) - Perfect cleanliness

Leider kein Backofen (fürs Frühstück). Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Haus ist sanierungsbedürftig. Leider kein Winterdienst. Keine günstige Parkplatzmöglichkeit. Couch verwohnt. Kein W-LAN!!! Schmutzig, Reinigung unergründlich. Fernseher funktioniert nur bedingt. Kein Kleiderschrank.

Die lange war super ca 3 Minuten von Strand.

Unterkunft ist sehr Renovierung bedürftig . Vor allem die Treppe auf dem Weg zum Hotel katastrophal. Der Flur und Eingangsbereich Katastrophe . Fußleisten fahlen teilweise ab . Im dem Zimmer fahlen die Möbel auseinander.🫣

Wszystko było w porządku. Bardzo zależało mi na widoku na morze. Pomimo że byłam na 2 piętrze widok mi się podobał.

Brak parkingu pod samym obiektem, mimo wniesionej opłaty, parking był na sąsiedniej ulicy. Odległość 300 metrów.

Czysto schludnie, malutkie minusy ale do ogarnięcia😉

Obiekt znajduje się blisko zejścia do morza co jest dużym plusem, oraz blisko jest do dobrych restauracji nie trzeba lecieć na drugi koniec miasta żeby dobrze zjeść. W apartamencie czysto i schludnie. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam na plus. Myślę że rodzina 2+1 będzie zadowolona, nawet 2+2. Polecam obiekt.

Trochę odstraszające wejście do budynku, przydałby się remont( nowe płytki na tarasie i schodach, lub ładny klomb z kwiatami ) i jakieś ogrodzenie aby osoby postronne nie wchodziły na teren obiektu. W głównym korytarzu czuć zwierzęta ( miałam świadomość że są akceptowane)ale powinno być częściej myte środkami dezynfekującymi i jakiś odświeżacz by się przydał, tym bardziej że wiadomo iż obiekt nie jest nowy😉. Na wyższych piętrach nie było czuć tego.

Bardzo wąskie łóżko. Brak kosza na śmieci.Aneks kuchenny bez kuchenki do gotowania. Raczej był pokój hotelowy niż apartament.

Sehr erholsam und unkompliziert.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist Top. Der Ausblick ist (noch) Wunderbar. Leider werden rechts und links vom Objekt neue Unterkünfte geschaffen, diese werden den Ausblick etwas einschränken.

Da sich die Wohnung ganz oben im Objekt befindet, wär ein Dach über dem Balkon sehr hilfreich. An der Sauna ist die Temperaturregelung Defekt. Duschen ist in dieser großen begehbaren Dusche fast unmöglich, da es in der Dusche nur für gefühlt 1 Minute Warmes Wasser gibt. Wir sind dann auf die Badewanne ausgewichen, da läuft durchgehend warmes Wasser. Es gibt sehr sehr wenige Deutsche Fernsehprogramme.

Der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer.

Die Wohnung war nicht mit einem Bett ausgestattet, sondern nur mit einer Schlafcouch. Nach Rückfrage bei der Agentur wurde uns ein Link geschickt, der rein gar nichts mit der Beschreibung auf Booking zu tun hatte. Auch das sich genau gegenüber eine Großbaustelle befindet wurde nicht kommuniziert. Der Klodeckel hat gewackelt und es gab nur 2 Töpfe, einer davon war so verbogen, dass er nicht mehr funktionierte. Die Vorhänge waren so dünn, dass wir pünktlich zum Sonnenaufgang wach waren.

Unterkunft war sauber, Gegend war gut tolle Aussicht auf dem Meer. Zwei Bäder, das war uns wichtig. Es war etwas nicht vorhanden, Kontakt war sofort vorhanden Probleme konnten sofort behoben werden.

Leider waren die Bettdecken sehr sehr schwer, für mich persönlich gern dünner/ leichter. Aber jeder mag es eh anders. Toiletten Wasser kam immer nach jedem Spülen aus der Toilette, aber Handtuch darunter und gut Ein Radio wäre noch super gewesen.

Pobyt był udany prócz parkingu.

Śniadania nie było.

W okresie zimowym parking powinien być bezpłatny .Osoby niepełnosprawne również musiały płacić , lub korzystać z parkingu miejskiego co było dużym utrudnieniem.W tym okresie co byliśmy parking był prawie pusty. Oboje z żoną mamy karty osób niepełnosprawnych.

Top Appartement 👍

Die Wohnung ist ganz toll, auf der 5 Etage mit Meerblick und komplett ausgestattet. Was wir nur vermisst haben, war ein Toaster in der Küche. Zwei wunderschöne Badezimmern mit Toiletten, was für ein Luxus, bequemes Schlafbett, tolle Lage, direkt am Strand, einfach nur super. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.
