La Vigna del Parroco-2-

A simple, but perfectly functional ground floor studio flat with direct access to a shared and very clean swimming pool (shared with the other 2 apartments in the property) plus an outside seating area with table, chairs, sun loungers and sun umbrella. A well equipped kitchenette, large dining table, clean & spacious bathroom and good storage area for clothes etc.  The bed is large and comfortable, there is a free standing air conditioning unit in the room and there is also a shared washing machine in the courtyard. The owner was very friendly and gave us lots of information about the property and the surrounding area. 

There is quite a bit of noise from both the fridge buzzing and the air conditioning unit which is especially noticeable at night. If you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs! There is also no television/screen & the WiFi isn't that good so download any shows to devices before coming if that's what you like to do.

Suggerimento: migliorare i cuscini nel letto :) per il resto però tutto perfetto

Andrea ha sido muy amable explicando los detalles de la casa. La casa está en muy buenas condiciones, en una zona preciosa y muy tranquila
