Royal Park Hotel

Amazing customer service and manager of hotel Hassan. Who respected every agreement we made, counting from the time when he picked me and my wife Sharon from the airport to the moment to the moment it was time to unfortunately go back to the airport. Our room didn't had fridge at the start, so I asked to borrow fridge from the restaurant to which Hassan joyfully answered, no worries Miloš you will have it in your room. In less than 20 minutes we had a fridge in our room. That is something I never experienced so far, that level of dedication and manager that went above and beyond to host us. Choice of food was also very tasty and healthy. They had amazing chefs in the hotel for 16 days we were staying. Also one honorable mention of the receptionist Mary that also went above and beyond to help us. We also had a free tea every night. I recommend everyone to try Kisubi tea. Also, what I really liked was is that we had daily room cleaning service that made us feel very comfortable and good. Also terrace had amazing view to lake Victoria!

Pressure of the water in the sink could have been a little bit better, but shower water was good pressured!

Central location, very clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff.

Central location in Jinja, good to start tours.
