Welcome to KaMilo, the upscale private community of luxury homes in the exclusive Mauna Lani resort community on the Big Island of Hawaii. This luxurious single story Cottage home boasts an open floor plan with an expansive great room, vaulted ceilings and lanai doors enabling you to bring natural outdoor beauty inside. This floor plan is equally well suited to entertain large groups as well as provide a tranquil haven to recharge your spirit. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom making this a perfect home for large families, couples or friends traveling together.

- Detached private single-car garage

- Complimentary WIFI and free calls to Canada & mainland
- Safe gated community with security patrols
- Hotel-style safe for locking up your valuables
- State of the art washer and dryer (easy to use)
- Central air-conditioning throughout home
- Complimentary use of beach and swim accessories:
- Goggles for kids and adults

The garage is NOT available for parking. Beach gear is stored in the garage for guest use,.
Parking at this property is limited to the driveway only. 1 normal size car will fit on the driveway. The garage at this home is reserved for the owner. Additional parking is close by at the Rec Center if needed.

- Separate lagoon-style family pool with shallow area for children

I’ve done a lot of vacation rentals around the world and this is top quality. The photos don’t do it justice. Beautiful doors opening to the back patio. Great open layout for a family with 3 kids. Easy communication and check-in. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 3 ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked, though we didn’t cook much. The central air worked well when needed. It was easy to park in front of the garage, with access to snorkeling gear, chairs, sand toys, etc. We enjoyed the pool. The beach access with parking and dining/ drinks right there at Napua are the best amenity. The beach is a beautiful, calm, white sand beach with protected snorkeling. It’s a short walk from the Fairmont for dining. There’s a great grocery store and area with restaurants close by too. The community is quiet and calm. It was a very relaxing stay and we can’t wait to go back.

We had a fantastic stay in this property and it lived up to the beautiful pictures online. The area has great amenities and the property managers were very accommodating. We would not hesitate to go back!

Perfect accommodations for our family (four adults, one three-year-old.) Shig, the property manager, was very helpful and quickly took care of the few minor issues that did arise. Lovely pools on the KaMilo property, and the nearby Beach Club beach was the best one we found.
