Corinne is a super friendly host who makes you feel very welcome and serves up a great breakfast. The roulotte has everything you need including a WC and shower. It’s really well designed. Sleeping with all the windows and doors open is unnerving at first but it’s so quiet that you sleep very well. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes away by car so you can stock up. It was really fun sleeping at the roulotte. Highly recommended.

We loved everything. The only thing was that it was a heat wave and so the caravan got very hot during the day. But at night it was wonderful and by morning we had pulled on the extra cover.

This wonderful little roulotte, situated in the quiet countryside alongside the Chemin de Saint Jacques de Compostelle, is a real gem. The roulotte is comfortably appointed and very clean. The bed is a double, which is smaller then we are accustomed to, but it was sufficient and comfortable. The roulotte is also equipped for simple self-catering and there are pleasant places to sit outside with a lovely view of the Chemin and the small Saint-Chignes church. The real draw of this place, though, is its owner, Coco, a truly hospitable person and a fantastic cook (we took dinner one night). She patiently helped us practice our French, advised us where to shop and sightsee, and arranged for a horse drawn carriage ride through the countryside. We enjoyed spending time at this quiet retreat with her (and her dogs and sheep!).
