地點非常好，長濱附近有景點 ，覓食方便， 而且走去海灘非常近， 一樓有專屬沖水設備 ， 並且直接在門口露台可以直接看到海，聽到海浪聲。
民宿很漂亮！自行入住，住宿方便快速。
我們是七月初平日去，幾乎包棟(早上才看到其他人)，所以雖然隔音不好，但是完全沒受影響。
整體環境還算乾淨，房間有放行李的桌櫃，浴廁乾淨並且足夠。
雖然有一點點小缺點，但是那些都不重要，這間民宿會放入我的口袋名單中，是一間很好的民宿。
四人房的洗手台下方排水漏水。
四人房是合室拉門，隔音很差，裡面的聲響外面聽得一清二楚，還好實質包棟沒影響到別人。
四人房的電視訊號非常差，只能馬賽克看世界杯。另外民宿網路無法使用，不過我們可以手機上網。
房內天花板上的循環扇轉動有怪聲，而且扇面灰塵很多，我們就沒敢使用。
一開始電視看不了，房內電視的遙控器又跟牆上說明圖片不一致，後來是電視盒電源拔掉重開就可以看了。
