Owners are really nice and communicative. They response to email almost immediately and care for guests. We had everything in the room we needed and maybe something more. The apartment was very nice and roomy. Big kitchen connected with dining area and also an access to go outside and enjoy the garden. Altogether it was very nice and we had really comfortable bed and we could sleep well. All-in-all the apartment was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival.
1. There was a kind of chemical stench in the bathroom which was really intense and we could smell it also after 10 days of our stay. 2. Although they have mentioned that there is a sound isolation, its not much true as we could hear other guests. It could be noisy for some people. 3. There are open electric circuits for night lamps, wall sockets and that should be fixed. We were a little bit afraid for our 2 year old daughter.

Also our dog was happy there :) And the city is beautiful, even at the peak of the season it is not overcrowded, nor on the beaches.
Maybe the kettle would by comfortable - for those addicted to coffee :)
