Nuestra estadía en el hotel fue excelente. Las instalaciones están muy bien: es un hotel cómodo, limpio, bien equipado y muy bien ubicado. Está a pocos minutos de la estación de metro, lo que hace muy fácil desplazarse por Osaka. Además, hay varios restaurantes, cafeterías y supermercados muy cerca, por lo que siempre es fácil encontrar dónde comer o comprar cualquier cosa que se necesite. Sin embargo, lo que realmente hace especial a este lugar son sus anfitriones. Ellos son el alma del hotel. Desde el primer día nos hicieron sentir como en casa, siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudarnos con una sonrisa. Cada mañana preparaban un delicioso desayuno japonés con mucho cariño y, el día de nuestra partida, incluso nos regalaron paraguas para que pudiéramos viajar cómodamente bajo la lluvia. Ese tipo de detalles hacen una gran diferencia y demuestran cuánto se preocupan por sus huéspedes. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. Nos encantó la experiencia y recomendamos este hotel a cualquiera que visite Osaka.

It was the second time my family stayed here. The owner couple were always humane and kind. We always communicated during breakfast time and they would like to provide information regarding the attractions/shopping malls you intended to go. The breakfast was fantastic and every morning we had different food. The room is clean and with all the common facilities which are suitable for family with kids.

部屋が綺麗で設備も整っていて助かった。 お風呂が綺麗だったり、洗濯乾燥ができること フライパンなどが揃っていることが子連れワンオペとしたら助かった。

真っ暗じゃないと睡眠が浅くなるタイプのため 寝室のカーテンがもう少し遮光性があれば嬉しいです。普通に暗さは確保されているので、真っ暗が良いという方以外は全然寝れる素敵な寝室でした。

The complementary breakfast is made fresh and delicious with everything you could want. The hosts were the nicest and most wholesome people you could ever imagine. They made our day everytime with their smiles. The place is very artistically decorated with beautiful artworks. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants and public transportation. Everything you need and so much more is provided with thoughtfulness. We could not have had a better stay.
