The location is perfect, right between the castle and the train station. All the restaurants, cafés, and other places are within walking distance.

The ground-floor rooms are not for the faint-hearted. I have no complaints about the shower and toilet being outside the room, as that was clear from the description. But having windows facing directly onto the sidewalk at eye level, with no curtains, is quite unpleasant. Everyone seems tempted to stop and look inside. And then there are the wooden ceilings, which mean you can hear every single step from the guests upstairs.
