It was a home away from home. Clean, comfortable, beautiful gardens and a lovely sitting room to read in etc.

Very clean, cosy and comfortable, with lovely little extras like a chocolate at the side of your bed. Generous amounts of tea and coffee in the room with fresh milk available in the guest lounge fridge. Fantastic breakfast.

Local experience. Nice garden.
The house had an overall unpleasant smell – most likely due to the carpets, which were everywhere. The beds were very soft and worn out. Cleaning could have been better – everything felt a bit sticky. The breakfast was average, and the cleanliness of the dishes did not meet our expectations. Overall, it seems to meet the typical UK cleaning standard, which we find absolutely insufficient, although it might be acceptable for locals.
