Private Paradise by the Sea – Peace, Sunsets & Warm Hospitality

We had the most unforgettable stay in Prigradica on the beautiful island of Korčula. The highlight of this accommodation is without a doubt the private ponta — a little piece of paradise where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea just steps from the house, without a single soul around. It truly felt like the sea was ours alone. Also, we will remember breathtaking views and the most magical sunsets we’ve ever seen. The apartment terrace is spacious and peaceful and evenings were pure perfection – calm, quiet, and filled with the colors of the setting sun. It’s a place where you can truly disconnect and recharge. Our hosts Merica and Branko Borovina were absolutely wonderful – warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. They made us feel at home from the very beginning and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hidden gem on the Adriatic, far from the crowds, with nature, comfort, and true serenity – this is the place. 🌊🌅

The stay was great, better than expected - if you are looking for something not so touristy.

The house has excellent location, private beach, the kindest hosts. The apartment is cute with a nice view over the balcony and the food store is very close. You can also go for a walk in Prigradica - you can see beautiful seaside sights. The apartment is perfect for people who want to enjoy a simple and quiet vacation, away from all the tourists. But if you like to go out and have fun, Vela Luka is very close (15min drive). Also Korčula town is quite near - 40min drive.

There is no wifi and also no nessecities (like soap and cloth for dishes or toilet paper), you have to buy it yourself.

In Oktober sehr ruhig,, für uns perfekt!!! Wunderschöne Ausblick!!!

Außenbeleuchtung fehlt.Die Stufen ums Haus sind bei der Dunkelheit eine Stolperfalle .. Auf ersten Blick scheint alles sauber zu sein, mit dem zweiten Blick sieht es anders aus Wir zahlten Aufpreis wegen Hund/Reinigung, was vollkommen verständlich ist, wegen mehr Aufwand, jedoch lagen Haare von Vormietern in der ganze Wohnung verstreut. Sogar Mautunterlagen fanden wir in der Schublade. Die Familie aus Deutschland buchte auch die Maut über ADAC. Vielleicht ist der Zustand der Wohnung bei uns eine Ausnahme gewesen.
