The property was very clean and well decorated. My room was spacious and practical.
The staff was very kind and helpful.
The breakfast was fresh, varied and delicious.
You need to know that the place is an old building, well remodeled though, but a bit noisy. You can hear people rolling their suitcases or talking in the hall.
And the street is a busy so loud as well (moppets, klaxon,…)

The beachfront near the location could be nicer but it has nothing to do with the b&b, so really nothing negative to say

Lovely place to stay, very lovely decorated and clean, room was very spacious and had beds made every day, towels changed. Area is fairly quiet and breakfast is very good, the staff are all very kind. Buses run pretty often to Palermo and Mondelo, right outside hotel door, the local beach is nice too. Good place to stay in between Palermo and Mondelo. Would definitely stay here again!
It's not didn't like, wish the area had some more nice restaurants to eat, not a lot of options, but nice supermarket right out front. Better to have dinner before returning to the area.

Friendly, bus outside to mondello beach , some good restaurants down the road near boating area. Aldi type supermarket opposite hotel. Modern looking room, comfortable bed and pillows.
Very bad area, extremely dirty streets, dangerous pavements and dog dirt and looked very run down and rough. Mosquitos are a major problem. 2 buses to palermo city centre. Towels smell very damp and are a dirty grey colour, shower has not much power and air con is not strong enough to hit the bed. I leaked alot from my bites in the night but sheets never where changed. Breakfast was a very small selection
