Absolutely wonderful and can't wait to go back

First of all, as we had a late flight travelling with a 2 year old, I was really worried about how we would get from the airport to the house- at that point we hadn't planned on hiring a car. However the host kindly offered to pick us up (much later than planned) and took us to the house. The property was perfect for what we needed with enough space, super clean, all the equipment we needed for cooking. And the garden was lovely with all sorts of plants and space to chill on the sun loungers or swing in the tree...but most importantly, nicely enclosed for my daughter to just potter around. There is a lovely terrace where we spent most mornings and evenings with our meals. The location is unbelievable! Literally 5 mins walk to the beach down the hill. Nearby beach bars and restaurants if you need them and plenty of local food shops. Our flight home was really delayed until the early hours of the morning, and our host was super accommodating with that too. Really hope to go back soon ...

There really wasn't anything we didn't like apart from one issue we had with the bathroom. The shower seemed to flood the area, however we spoke to the host about that, and it was only really the filter that needed to be cleaned :)

Die Nähe zum Meer war großartig. Die Klimanlage im Wohnzimmer war ein plus und zwingend notwendig.

Keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Schlechte Durchlüftungsmöglichkeiten, die heiße Luft steht im Schlafzimmer, vor allem in dem mit dem Doppelbett. Die Betten im anderen Schlafzimmer sind sehr sehr hart und für Kinder nicht geeignet. Wir haben in unserer Not im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch geschlafen. Die war allerdings durchgebrochen und man rollte immer runter und sie hat unendlich geknarzt. Will man im Wohnzimmer schlafen, ist zu bedenken: der Kühlschrank ist sehr laut und die Klimanlage erleuchtet nachts den ganzen Raum wenn sie läuft (was auch laut ist). Die Decke auf dem Sofa muss mal dringend gewaschen werden. Bei Wind geht nachts andauernd die Beleuchtung (Bewegungsmelder) an, was unangenehm ist. Im Dunkel kann man auch nicht draußen sitzen, weil dauernd das Licht angeht und man im Flutlicht sitzt. Die Arbeitsplatten in der Küche vor allem am Waschbecken muss dringend erneuert werden (völlig aufgequollen). Die Stöpsel der Waschbecken schließen nicht richtig und beim abwaschen muss man dauernd neues Wasser reinlaufen lassen. Das Bad ist extrem klein und schwer zu lüften. Es riecht daher öfter recht unangenehm. Im „Kinderzimmer gibt es keinen Schrank/Regal/Ablagemöglichkeiten. Es fehlt auch ein bisschen an Gemütlichkeit- alle Lichter sind sehr kaltweiße superhelle LEDs (klingt kleinlich, aber macht eben OP-Tisch-Feeling). Die Wände sind alle nackt, ein paar Bilder würden sehr viel Ambiente schaffen. ..

Wunderschönes Häuschen in Traumlage zum Meer

Sehr schönes, sauberes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Häuschen in Traumlage zum Meer mit schönen Badebuchten. Wir haben die wunderschöne Terrasse bzw. den Sitzplatz dort sehr genossen, ebenso die Klimaanlage an heissen Tagen. Berislav ist ein super Gastgeber und war stets für Fragen ansprechbar, auch gab er uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Ein weiteres Highlight für uns war der kleine Bäcker direkt gegenüber, so dass wir jeden Morgen mit frischen Leckereien in den Tag starten konnten. Kurz gesagt - wir hatten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche, herzlichen Dank an Berislav!

Das Bad hatte etwas wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten und die Einzelbetten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas hart, aber das ist sicher individuell zu sehen und steht in keinem Verhältnis zu allem anderen! :-)

Location is good, the house is close to the beach. There's a garden and a terrace which you can enjoy in the mornings and evenings.

Air conditioning (1 device in the entire place) in poor condition - it smelled badly once the AC was turned on. Lack of mosquito nets, in a place where the tiger mosquitos are very active. Second bedroom got very warm in the evenings (28-29C) since we could not turn on the AC (because of the smell).
