Great location but didn’t live up to expectations given the cost

Location was amazing - by a small port, the beach and a ferry stop - although not many ferries actually stop there. Lovely breakfast room. Great Michelin restaurant 5 mins away and family run pizza restaurant/bar next door.

Didn’t live up to expectations. No bar on site - the ‘hotel’ restaurant is actually a separate business and they were very unfriendly although the food was excellent. Pool was tucked away at the back of the property - shame it couldn’t have been somewhere with a view of the lake. Our room - a ‘romantic’ room, was poorly laid out and poorly equipped. Tiny bathroom downstairs, huge bath upstairs in the bedroom and steep spiral staircase in between. The lake view was only visible from the bedroom window which had no balcony or seating to enjoy it from. No proper comfy seating inside the room. Had to pay extra for the jacuzzi and spa - although the jacuzzi was in a great location on the rooftop which we enjoyed. There was a rooftop sun lounge area, which looked nice but we didn’t use because the weather wasn’t that good, but we couldn’t see any parasols or shade from the sun.

Nice location out of the busy touristic area.

Very nice location, out of the chaotic busy moments of the more touristic side. There are few restaurants close and the facilities are very nice, including the fact of having a parking. The staff is super friendly and they gave us some suggestions about public transports and places to see.

A gem of a place

A gem of a place in a very good location, very close to Desenzano where we took the ferry to Sirmione and the train to Venice. The curtesy and availability of the staff has been exceptional. We particularly loved and recommend the restaurant.

very relaxing stay, and everything the hotel had to offer was done with a smile

24/7 friendly staff, from receptionist to lady in the breakfast room, cleaning ladies to the night guard. the pool was small, but enough to do some swimming. Enough sun bathing facilities.

we had a room with an uncovered window, so light started pouring in around 6 am. We didn’t ask the reception to do something about it though (they probably would have). what I missed was a bar, where you could have some coffee in the afternoon (or a glass of wine). since there were very few bars in the near neighbourhood that was a bummer.

Schönes Hotel mit super Aussicht und direkt am See

Grosszügiges Zimmer mit schönem Balkon und Seesicht. (Haben sogar ein Upgrade erhalten). Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit fantastischer Aussicht. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel.

Dass für den Wellnessbereich extra dazu bezahlt werden muss. 110.- Euro/Paar für 2 Stunden, da es ein privater SPA sei, also nur pro Paar benutzen werden kann.

La vista sul lago. la ricarica dell'auto. il parcheggio. Ottimo il ristorante attiguo. Il personale della reception sia diurno che serale molto disponibile e professionale.

la colazione è un self service con nessun cameriere che ti serve anche perchè non c'era nessun extra alla carta. Poca scelta di tutto sia come dolce che come salato. L'unica cosa calda nel salato erano le uova strapazzate ma le abbiamo trovate sempre fredde. Durante il giorno non c'è un posto bar nella struttura per un caffè. Il ripasso delle camere abbastanza superficiale soprattutto nel rifare il letto. Oltretutto nel letto matrimoniale (non alla francese) ci sono 2 materassi singoli che si separano facilmente.

Prima ontbijt en mooi zwembad en tuin met ligbedden. Ruime kamer met koelkastje en koffie en thee faciliteiten.

Geen privéstrand met ligbedden. Dat is erg jammer. Weinig te doen in het plaatsje zelf. Weinig restaurants.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit etwas zu wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Die Aussicht direkt am Gardasee war bezaubernd. Die Austattung modern unf komfortable. Der Park vor dem Hotel war sehr schön um zu verweilen. Das Personal am Empfang war super freundlich, jedoch beim Frühstück war das Personal etwas mürrisch, schade.

Alles ausser fas Frühstück war nicht wirklich der Renner.

Erholsam und einfach gut

Die Lage, direkt am See war einfach toll; fußläufig sind verschiedene Restaurants erreichbar. Wir hatten die Suite mit großer Dachterrasse, Daybed und eigenem Whirlpool; einfach großartig; das Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung und ausreichend. Für jeden was dabei, würde ich sagen und ein wirklich leckerer Kaffee. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal was man benötigte. Unbedingt eine Bootstour machen und bei Furio - Nautica Garuti, direkt vor dem Hotel.
