Boutique Stays - Maple on Kent

Fab & convenient location with ample space for a family of 5. The townhouse was clean and kitchen was well equipped. We arrived to a bag full of goodies which was lovely. Walk in wardrobe was a bonus and plenty of room. Both my husband and I had to work remotely whilst on holiday and the study table on the 2nd floor was extremely useful.

Both bathrooms were clogged on our 1st day of arrival. We reported this to a customer service guy via phone upon our arrival and he mentioned he will send someone over but no one came. For 2 weeks, we had to deal with clogged drainage thus making showering for a family of 5 a challenge. This need to be looked at immediately. The monitor, on the study table didn't work - cable wasn't working. Perhaps something to look into? Would have been great if we can use dual screen. Floors are not heated so keep your socks on for winter.

Very homely feel and the welcome pack was great

There were areas for improvement on cleanliness

Location and size of property was good.

The outside was run down and the garden was out of control. There was pet hair on the lounge which cover our clothes.
