Apartment was fantastic - had everything we needed, clean, large, excellent location, underground parking. Wi Fi was slow and kept dropping out but other than that everything was spot on.

Great location, fantastic views, very comfortable beds. Good cooking facilities for families that want to cook. HRSP very quick to remedy the kids bedroom curtain rail that fell down. The light was waking the kids up too early! :-)

Location. View. Near to Shops.
Windows would not shut. Sliding doors would not lock (unit is not secure WITH PEOPLE WORKING ON THE BELCONIES) Leaking taps in ensuite - water leaking from tap stems. broken power - point in kitchen, broken light switch in 3rd bedroom (Not safe) Only 5 blunt dinner knives in the cutlery set. Toilet roll holder hanging off wall in ensuite. Cooking hot plate Exhaust system filthy. A smelly stench in the kitchen coming from the kitchen sink drain. Pot handles loose (Had to tighten before use for safety) Laundry light had no glass cover. Master bedroom walk-in robes- clothes rails totally rusted (If you moved the hanger along it, rust would drop onto your clothes) Toilet seat in ensuite not secure (stripped plastic securing bolt) Could not access north-side balconies and swimming pools due to External high pressure washing and painting. We were not informed prior to our holiday about any of the above. IN OUR EYES IT WAS A TOTAL DISASTER. The write-up was excellent. This unit needs some love and a lot of maintenance at present. (It looked liked the owner & rental agent are just in it for the money. I wonder if the agent has visited this unit and had a look recently, not just photos of the past??? Would NEVER stay in Unit 322 again. The building complex is great and I don't like doing reviews like this but it just does not seem right to let this go on without others being informed. Sorry. (I have taken photos of what I think should be fixed - too many to submit in this review)
