The hotel felt nice inside and had a pleasant atmosphere.
The room was big enough for a family of three, and the bath tube was huge.
The staff were kind. We were allowed to leave our luggage after checkout.
Poor breakfast.

The hotel seems old, although they have been renovated, the bathroom sink is leaking, so I changed a room. Breakfast is simple.

Located centrally and at walking distance from the city center, many restaurants and the big cathedral. Rooms were nice and clean, the bathroom had a very nice deep bath tub. Staff was friendly and took the time to give restaurant recommendations and tips on where to go and what to see.
Breakfast was very good, but quite basic.

Staff didn't check that we booked for single beds however gave us big bed which we waited to be arranged
- staff unprofessional
- everytime we want to go iN & Out from car park we have to speak to the staff to open the gate ( we wait for a while to get the gate open )
Car park B1 does not have direct access to the hotel elevator ( which the staff didn't highlight it to us ) all access doors were locked ,so we have to drag our bags all the way to reception through the car path
- we asked for 2 hotel access cards for me and my friend, however staff didn't want to give us 2.
