Super location and walking distance from the city centre, transport, main beach, shops and beach. Friendliness of the personnel and flexibility. Exceptional parking availability in the city center. Very comfy bed
Property needs small fixing help - like check of rags’ screws, shelves etc Minor things but visible (few hours of work would eliminate issues; anyway we are pleased with our stay). And on top, it remains historical treasure, renovated but not forgotten

Extremely clean and tidy, very nice service, it was pretty small and close to the train station so not really quiet. But the proximity of the railway station was important to me and silence was not the priority, I did manage to sleep well with the closed window and AC on. I was allowed to keep my bike in the room which was super important to me and appreciate that owner let me do that :)
