No bellman to help with luggage. Everything else was good. If you don’t have a lot of luggage so don’t need help with luggage I highly recommend.
I wish they had air conditioning inside enclosed roof top section- very warm

Clean and spacious rooms
Strange breakfast service with food behind glass partition and served by staff. The hotel was having repairs done and workmen were outside room windows.

They allowed us late checkout. Was clean and comfy.
Everything was closed due to covid. The 2 pools they advertised were completely closed. Photos everywhere, rave reviews totally closed. Breakfast was meh. They didnt have AC as promised which was horrendous when someone was smoking outside or the wasps were coming inside. They didnt get a taxi for us from the airport like we requested when booking.
