About this house rental
The villa is functional and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday complex. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location in the forest and by the water. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol and sun lounger. You reach the entrance to your bungalow after 11 steps. Living room with 2 additional beds on a sofa bed and TV. Bedroom with bunk bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with refrigerator (with freezer compartment). Bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.

San Vincenzo. The villa is located in a holiday complex, on an enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The complex consists of 252 villas, 116 hotel rooms and 34 residences. The resort is set in a centuries-old park adjacent to the Rimigliano Park, only 7 km from the Gulf of Baratti. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Wundervoller Platz mit sehr schönem Strand.
Das Haus war sauber und gut eingerichtet.
Durch und durch positiv. Leider sind die Restaurants auf dem Platz teuer (außer die Pizzeria).

No WiFi in the bungalow!Check in and check out was perfect!And the see including the umbrella and the beachbeds was great! The whole area was clean.The personell in the restaurants should be trained better…
