About this house rental
Our house has a living space of approx. 55 square meters and is spacious
The kitchen and the full bath are on the ground floor. In the attic there are 2 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and the other with a bunk bed.

- Optional extra bed: 1
There is enough space for children to play and run around on the approx.
Table tennis or soccer - a lot is possible here.
A varied range of leisure activities is possible in and around Soltau. Numerous sights, several amusement parks, as well as wonderful cycling and hiking trails are in the area. 3 km to the Heide-Park Soltau, 5 km to the Soltau-Therme and other amusement parks in the immediate vicinity.
The Soltau region is located directly between Bremen, Hamburg and Hanover and is therefore also very suitable for possible city trips

Wir waren zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft für eine Radtour und dem Besuch im Heidepark. Besonders gut hat uns die Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit und der große Garten gefallen. Er ist so groß, dass dort sogar Tore zum Fußballspielen aufgestellt sind. Wir konnten schon vor offiziellem Check in, vor dem Haus parken. Das war sehr praktisch. Radtour in der Umgebung sowie Besuch des Heideparkes waren gut.
Die Unterkunft war von der Ausstattung und der Sauberkeit mittelmäßig. Betten nicht bezogen, Bettzeug schwer zu finden. Handtücher mussten beim Vermieter angefragt werden.
In einem der Zimmer hat bei Regen Wasser durch die Fenster gedrückt.
Vermieter waren nett.
Wenn man auf besonderen Komfort nicht so viel Wert legt ist die Unterkunft gut geeignet.

Obwohl wir nur eine Nacht im Ferienhaus verbracht haben, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Kinder können viel Spaß auf dem großen Grundstück haben.
