Extremely slow Wi-Fi, a dark and hot apartment that felt outdated with ants on the bed.

The Wi-Fi was extremely slow during my stay. I was in Apartment 8, which felt quite dark and uncomfortably warm. The space appears outdated and only in moderate condition. Although the staff were okay, I could hear noise from the laundry room directly from the bedroom. Unfortunately, I decided to leave after finding ants on the bed.

A good stay in Polanco Neighborhood.

Located in the Polanco area. Large 2 bedroom apr. There is a 5-10 mins walk from restaurants and stores.15 minutes walk to Walmart Express, and 9 mins walk to immigration office. Neighborhood was quiet, and felt safe. Kitchen had ample amount of supplies.

The apartment needed a heater and I needed to bring warmer clothing and bed socks. I traveled in the month of January so, the nights and early mornings get quiet cold.

Found two cockroaches in the apartment

Good location and comfy bed.

On the last night, found two cockroaches in the apartment. We told the staff repeatedly, but they ignored us. Apart from the cockroaches, seems clean and like in the pictures.

The location is perfect- polanco is a great area to stay in- you can do everything by foot

The appartement was not clean, the bed sheet looked used, the apartment was filled with mosquitoes it was hell at night. The bed matresses were either super hard or worn out that you feel the metal inside of it- let's not open the pillow subject- no cover im sure i was using it after someone else. Honestly we were vert happy to leave

Nicely located accommodation. Very clean. Access to many services

Very nice location in Polanco. We could walk to many places in the area. We even used the Ecobici system and it was safe to do in the neighbourhood. The apartment was very cleaned and nicely laid out. The staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived in the middle of the night and rang the Portero. He was there right away and gave us the keys.

The bed is very firm. After a few nights we asked for a foam mattress to be added and it was provided quickly. Also, the lighting is the living room-kitchen area is cold. We suggest that one or two lamps be added to create a more welcoming place.

internet was difficult to get working, but once we reset the router several times it worked, also, the entrance is tucked under and at the back of a parking area, so we had a bit of difficulty finding it

the concierge Enrique was extremely helpful, friendly and supportive, special thanks to him for storing our luggage after check-out. central location in Polanco, close to shopping malls, Hospital Español and lots of restaurants, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds. very good to stay a few days in central Mexico-City. sufficient wifi speed. did not use the kitchen but well equipped for up to 4 guests

Clean, attractive, no frills. Great value for the business traveler.

THe location was the reason I chose it -- I had meetings at the hospital and this was an easy walk. I could not have found a closer location. The place was exceptionally clean. Although I spoke no Spanish and the person I spoke with most spoke no ENglich, we were able to use translation apps to communicate. The place felt very sanitary -- particularly becaise all the floors were hard-surface flooring rather than carpet. The bed was very comfortable. Great balcony to relax on.

Perhaps some of this is the difference in culture. I would have preferred a non-smoking room because I am allergic to cigarette smoke. Also, although bath towels and hand towels were provided, wash cloths were not.

Alojamiento adecuado, tipo espartano pero con ubicación muy buena.

La ubicación fue muy buena. El tamaño de la cama. La regadera muy bien en cuanto a agua caliente y en general limpio todo.

Que los espacios de estacionamiento son muy reducidos y tiene que tener uno mucho cuidado para no pegarle a los espejos laterales del auto. La habitación es muy fría y no había cobijas extras. La toalla de manos estaba deshaciéndose, demasiado gastada. Las de baño en cambio, muy bien 👍🏻

Confortable y limpio, supero mis expectativas

Fuimos a un Congreso al Hospital Español, queda a cruzando la calle. Ubicación: Polanco es encantador. El Departamento es muy bonito, ropa de cama nueva, muy limpio, el personal amable y servicial. Sin duda volveré a reservar en mi próximo viaje.

Très bon emplacement, chambre comfortable avec extérieur (petite terrasse) et bon équipement.

La sonnerie du gardien de l’immeuble à côté de la chambre ou j’étais qui sonne terriblement fort… Je me suis fait réveiller par quelqu’un qui a sonné pendant une demi heure à 3h du matin… Rien de sécurisant. Le supplément pour animaux excessif (plus que le prix d’une nuit d’hotel).

nada, no me recibieron, en pleno vuelo me indicaron que no tenia reservacion para dos departamentos que nada mas se les habia registrado 1.

Imaginense la experiencia, dos familias con dos niños cada una. Reservamos con muchisima anticipacion dos departamentos independientes para disfrutar juntos, y que en plena sala de abordaje te llamen y te digan que ya no tienes mas que uno y que no les aparece en el sistema.
