Great hotel in beautiful setting. We loved the pool area and comfortable bedroom.
Our bedroom was close to the kitchen. We woke up at 5:00 when kitchen staff started chopping carrots or so, just a bit too loud and too close to our bedroom

Front line staff are incredibly friendly and trying really hard. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was amazing and really helpful. The vibe of the garden and grounds is lovely, the team are doing a great job to make it a calm and relaxing environment.
We were suprised to only have instant coffee at breakfast despite being in the Kilimanjaro region, famous for coffee. Added to this the a la carte restaurant is very expensive compared to other places we went to (and food nowhere near as good). Overall a strange vibe from management here, not particularly welcoming or helpful. This is a shame as the front line staff are amazing!
