Clear accurate communication with the owner who was most helpful and proactive. Place had everything we needed right down to a bottle opener. 2 single beds were very comfortable.

Shower leaks all over the floor: mop and bucket provided but it took an hour of our day to mop it all up, at night when we returned it was still wet, which made the rest of the place dirty during our stay. A small language barrier with the caretaker was enough to have definitive misunderstandings about our deposit, although she fairly agreed to split the difference of our discrepancy, I still ended up overpaying that amount of money. On top of the room rental fee guests must pay utilities. 3 nights/ 2 days cost an additional 135TL for our family of 3 (3 showers, air con on all night + 2 loads of laundry) Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the house.
