Beautiful Clean and luxury house in Aylesbury Community, city of Davenport , only 15 minutes from Disney World and a few minutes from the championship golf courses of Champions Gate and Reunion.
Sleeping 8 people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms . One Master bedroom , Queen size bed, with en-suite facilities and Cable TV , One master bedroom King size bed , with cable TV , two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
There is a fully furnished kitchen , with :
dishwasher, cooker, fridge & microwave, with adequate crockery for 8 people.
There is a breakfast nookwith table/chairs, a more formal dining area, and lounge with cable TV .
All bed linen and towels are included .You can make free phone calls in USA and CANADA
There is a good sized private pool with a covered lanai with table, chairs . Perfect after a busy day at the theme parks.

Very nice place and the owners left a greeting note handwritten which was nice and extended my stay twice just because we didn’t have to leave. Will book again in the future

The property when we arrived had not been cleaned from the previous renter. There was no water active in the home so we used the pool water to flush the toilet. This problem was fixed on the second day by the management company.
The management company also had a cleaning company come in and strip all the bedding and towels for cleaning off site as the water problem was not fixed.
When the water problem was resolved the cleaning company came back on our 3rd day and finished cleaning the bathrooms and floors.
After this the home was very nice and comfortable for our stay.
However we feel we should receive compensation for the problems we encountered.
