The Reika Villas by Nagisa Bali

We had a car, so location was pretty fine for us. Close to Melasti beach, a cafe nearby. Can order spa in the villa. Very spacious and for the price we paid it was amazing experience. Huge pool we were able to enjoy, lovely bathtub. Good quality furniture, TV with Netflix, fridge, microwave, etc. all you need for living.

I would not book this villa paying >$150 per night: Not well maintained, like sealing has mold, a decorative palm leave in the living room is crumbled, glass between bathroom and bedroom was broken. Microwave was not cleaned nor before our arrival, neither during our stay and i bet rice from previous guests is still inside of it. Cleaners always were turning off the AC, so upon arrival we were finding the villa hot. Check in: we did not know what time we will reach property, so did not inform them about arrival timing. Upon arrival we spent almost one hour to reach out anyone to give us the key. Please make the check-in process easier by giving keys to security of the area. One more thing: one bathroom is open and a group of monkeys checked our cosmetics. Do not keep anything valuable in that bathroom.

Such a great stay at this 2-bedroom villa in Ungasan! The villa was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was really good — loved having it served right in the villa. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. Overall, we had an awesome time and would totally come back!

Staff were very helpful from the moment we made the booking. When we arrived they introduced themselves and welcomed us. It’s located is in a secluded quiet area of villas, perfect to relax and only under 10 minutes to the nearest beaches, beach clubs and marts. While you can’t rent a scooter direct from the property, the manager was very helpful and organised one from a 3rd party for us. Even without a scooter is still very easy to get around by booking a grab, usually only 3-4 min wait. The villa was fantastic. Great layout, nice living area and bedrooms, upstairs outdoor area, comfy beds with powerful aircon and beautiful pool with a view onto the garden below. The living area aircon wasn’t quite as strong as the bedrooms in the peak of the day but found that closing the curtains on the sun side and opening up the large sliding doors to the pool was more than enough to cool down. We were lucky enough to be visited by some cheeky monkeys in the mornings which was a real treat. We were advised to not feed or leave anything outside for them to steal but that it was safe to be outside with them. They were happy to hang around as we were in the pool before heading down to the garden behind where they often can be seen playing. The staff came to cook us breakfast each morning with the choice of a few different things which was great, one morning eating up at the rooftop which was the perfect start to the day. We only stayed 3 nights at the end of our trip but wish we had spent longer. Definitely a highlight of our trip and couldn’t recommend more.
