About this house rental
Advertised nightly rate is for up to 8 guests, each guest after 8 is charged $20 per night. Lodge can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.
Rate includes Lycoming County hotel occupancy tax of 5% and a 6% Pennsylvania state tax.
This home can accommodate 12 quite comfortably with four very private sleeping areas, three of which have an en suite and the fourth has access to a half bath.
There are also three distinct living room areas, making this home suitable for multiple families as well as hiking, kayaking, and birding groups.
This well-appointed property is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, vacationing families, or those who desire a quiet retreat. Walk out the door to fish or kayak on the Loyalsock Creek, travel 3 short miles to state game lands, hike the area's many trails, visit World's End State Park, shop or craft in Eagle's Mere, dine in downtown Williamsport, stay for the Little League World Series, cook in the spacious kitchen, or work/write/study in the office.
There are 2 first-floor bedrooms with attached full baths, a loft bedroom that sleeps four with access to a half-bath, and a living room/bedroom in the daylight basement with a La-Z-Boy queen sleeper sofa, and TV & DVD player. This room is adjacent to a full bathroom with a spacious walk-in, tiled shower and exits out to the covered patio.
Hardwood floors throughout the first floor living room and large eat-in kitchen. There is also a fully-furnished sun room with a gas stove, additional eating table for 6, and floor-to ceiling windows with views of the Endless Mountains and the Loyalsock Creek.
Watch the birds and deer from the wrap-around deck complete with a gas grill and large log picnic table that can seat up to 10.

This was our second visit and it was great. The property is beautiful and is the perfect getaway for a peaceful weekend. The host was communicative and pleasant. We look forward to returning next year
