Problems happen, I get it. But scheduling the repair tech to look at the fridge was a hassle, they were supposed to call first and did not, 2 separate times. I had to clean up the water mess, shut off the water supply and help coordinate the repair tech, over an issue that honestly should have been caught during cleaning (bottom of fridge was full of water and water pooling on top shelf when we arrived). Usually the owners will compensate you for something like this but so far nothing from vacasa
