Very nice stay

Staff were very friendly and accommodating even with language barriers. Location was great as it was close to the bus stops (C10 bus), supermarket, 10mins from the ferry stop, and right next to the ticket booth for Villa Del Balbianello. Breakfast was really nice. Toiletries were great and bed wasn't bad. Staff also let us keep our luggage at the hotel after check out for a couple hours which really helped us out. It had a nice terrace.

There was a fan, but no air conditioning, so it was fairly hot during the night as it's summer. Only one power point in the room (which powered the fan and tv), and one in the bathroom. There was a splitter but it was too close to the wall to fit our chargers.

Pros: Very clean and well-maintained room Friendly and helpful host Delicious and well-prepared breakfast Good location for exploring Lenno and Lake Como

Cons: No air conditioning, which made the room a bit warm, especially at night in the month of June. Even a ventilation fan was not available in the room.

The location was perfect, very close to the beach and attractions. The breakfast was sufficient and good.

Every time we asked for help from the staff, we felt like we were a nuisance and were never made to feel welcome. We also got our room little bit late. There was no mirror in the room. the bathroom only had a small wall mirror. the construction site was opposite which was noisy. air conditioning would have been nice, the room was really hot even though there was a fan on the floor

Clean but shabby and not welcoming.

The location is excellent, particularly if you are visiting the gardens and villa on the peninsula. And we were allowed to park our car there overnight and until noon the next day so no need to re-park the car.

The place is clean but shabby. The restaurant is only OK and the service was neither pleasant nor thorough. The desk clerk was efficient but not welcoming.

Perfect for our purpose. Staff went above and beyond for us and were so helpful and friendly. We had to leave early and they provided a lovely breakfast in our room which we were very grateful for. Also we ate at the premises and the food was delicious!!

Nice but basic stay in beautiful Lenno

The owners are really friendly, the location in Lenno is very nice and Lenno is a great base to explore the Como region. the breakfast was just right. I liked the nice big rooms and the bed was very comfortable.

It's a bit dated, wifi doesn't work in most rooms (though it did in ours). Feels quite basic inside the rooms and there are no curtains (only shutters) so could be quite bright in the morning. We left early so wasn't a problem.

We enjoyed the location as the large balcony would be ideal if we came with a bigger group. And how close we were to amenities in Lenno.

The beds cratered in the middle and was uncomfortable to sleep on. The breakfast which was included was only a coffee and a muffin nothing substantial. No air con in the room but wasn't massive issue.

The beds were rock hard. If you are driving there, the parking lot is extremely small & your car will end up getting blocked in. Although free breakfast is included don’t expect it, there was not enough for everyone.

The only thing I did not like is that the walls are very thin and we hear the guy snoring from the other room. Also occupants of other rooms were very noisy till late.

It was easy to find with free parking and the price was low. I liked the small balcony in the room.

No fans or A/C in the room and the room was very small and didn't have wifi. The bed was not very comfortable. It's a budget hotel and it feels like it. I think they only have wifi in the lobby.

overall good location, in this small town everything is walking distance. nice breakfast. nice little balcony outside the room.

the hallway outside the room is a bit noisy and you can hear everything going on outside the flimsy door. especially if you like to sleep a bit late..

Very good location. Nice breakfast. The shower room is small but there's no problem with regulating water temperature as it usually happened during my stay in other hotels.

The walls are thin but it can't be changed. You can't regulate heat in the room.
