The location, the value and the breakfast.
Quite a tiny room which barely fit my open suitcase. But it was still value for money!

It was easy to locate with the train station being close by and many eateries around. Also it was near the shopping district yet it was peaceful and not noisy.
Everything was great. Room filled with amenities. The only small minor dislike that mineral water was only complimentary on the first day but no replenishments for the other days. But that’s no big deal because there is a convenient store just across the hotel.
