Apartment Amare

Der Gastgeber hat uns persönlich am nahe gelegenen Parkplatz abgeholt und mit unserem Gebäck zum Apartment gebracht. Parken war durch ein zur Verfügung gestelltes Parkticket kostenlos.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment in toller Lage mit hervorragender Ausstattung. Das Café darunter ist längst kein Geheimtipp mehr und serviert besten Kaffee weit und breit. Uns fehlte es an nichts, und Vermieter Eduard erwies sich als wunderbarer, äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind der persönliche Kontakt, die Bereitstellung des Parkplatzes sowie der Abholservice zur und von der Wohnung inklusive unseres Gepäcks. Selbst ein kleines technisches Malheur wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben.

I would have given a higher score if it wasn’t for the hosts. Initially I was connecting with Eduard . I got the impression he wasn’t going to be accommodating if need be. Very short and cold. There was only one roll of toilet paper so we had to buy more. What made me really angry is at checkout. A women showed up when I went downstairs and immediately was angry with me. She didn’t thank me for staying there didn’t ask me how my stay was he just started to attack me and tell me that she had her neighbors spy on us and that we had 3 people instead of 2. Just to be clear the apartment can sleep 4-5 people! So this alone is ridiculous. Secondly she started to accuse me that I had 3 people and I told her I had 2. I felt like she ruined the end of my trip it ended on such a sour note. She was very mean and cold. There are many apartments available in Rovijn the host treatment regardless of the situation is very important. It’s very unfortunate that she couldn’t just be pleasant. Also never want to stay at a place where the neighbors are spying on on who’s coming and going that’s super uncomfortable. Of course it was a salsa festival I had friends coming in and out that is to be expected. The place is good but the hospitality is not good.
