Amazing location, Mountain view, quiet, modern appartement, very big TV, watching TV in bed is deffinetly a bonus, well furnished, kitchen also very well equiped. We used the Königscard a lot and saw a lot of the region. Location wise it is basically right next to the fields/mountains. Leave the apartment snd you stand basically right in the middle of the beautiful nature.
One minor thing was, that there was no fly screen (especially in the bathroom window), therefor keeping the bathroom/general appartement fresh without letting flys/mosquitoes in was a bit tricky.
