Pretty location. Lush garden setting. Attentive staff. Great snorkeling at the beach - plentiful fish and lots of variety. Relaxing spa treatment.
9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Very friendly and helpful staff. The ambiance of the hotel set in a tropical jungle setting.
This not a criticism but a recommendation. There are many steps from reception to the lower levels and the beach. It would have been much easier for me and other guests who might have problems with their knees to install handrails, especially on the steeper stairs. One more suggestion would be to improve the selection on the restaurant menu, the beach bar has better dishes to our taste.

They room hotel with a view. The staff are friendly and willing to help you when you ask for a favour.
The room they dont provide any ironing or even a big mirror. The comforter was so thin and you might get cold at night even the room was not equipped with air conditioning. Just a basic amenities. The private beach was not well maintained.
