About this house rental
Overlooking the harbour, with views to Paku and Pauanui, it is just a 1 minute walk to the shops,restaurants, cafes, playground, tennis courts and library.
A short stroll takes you to the spectacular Ocean beach. Take a walk up to the top of Paku, or drivwWe up to the summit and stroll up from there.
Tairua is the perfect place to base yourself to explore the Coromandel - only a short half hour drive to Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove and to start exploring everything the Coromandel has to offer.
A short walk to village shops cafes,and library with free internet.
Safe for swimming.Two canoes available.
Please note: The property is NOT fully fenced, so younger children will be able to access both the sea and the road.
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

Exceptional location for our family summer holiday. We have stayed a few times in Tairua but this has been our favourite place to base ourselves. The property is a quintessential kiwi bach with everything we needed. The kids loved exploring the estuary out front. We have absolutely loved our stay at your bach Heather - thank you for having us. We would love to return!

Awesome little cottage classic kiwi bach! On the water front, 45second walk to town, shops, restaurants, playground - almost fish off your doorstep. Heaters for if it’s cold, kayaks (be careful of the fibreglass wife got splinters in her arm lol) we are going back for sure the people in that town were lovely the food was great what a place!!!
