Penzion Amátka

This hotel is perfectly well located inside the city center and is close to all the main landmarks of the city. The room was very clean and large and the receptionist was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was quite small with not too many options in my opinion.

Right in the city center, very convenient! And the staff was very kind and helpful with my parking issue. The room is larger than what I expected

A perfect stay in Hradec Kralove - a fine medieval town in Eastern Bohemia that I had not visited before, but certainly would like to return to! I attended a conference at the University - 15 minutes walk away. Penzion Amatka lies in the most peaceful part of the town - where quiet nights meant 7 h good sleep. Had a large room with a shared bathroom (but the other room was not occupied, so I had the facilities for myself). The door code functioned fine. The breakfast included exacly what I needed before a long day at the Uni. And the owner was most helpful and kind. What more can you ask for?

The stairs to the third floor were steep, but thats's what you get in an old house like this. And since there is no reception at this small hotel at night I took me some time to figure out how to get the lights in the stairs to work.

In the very center of Hradec Kralove, a very good choice for anyone who want to stay with a budget price. The breakfast is good.
