The staff did not speak English very well, which was understandable, but the way we were treated was disappointing. When I showed my reservation, the staff member kept saying that there was no booking. He was also smoking while assisting us. I used a translator to communicate, and after he called one of his coworkers, they finally showed us to our room.
The room was clean, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. This was somewhat understandable since many people there seemed to smoke. The hotel itself also felt quite old. Another downside was that whenever large trucks or heavy vehicles passed by, the building would noticeably shake.
Overall, the hotel is affordable, so considering the price, the experience was acceptable. However, the customer service could definitely be improved.
