Didn't have breakfast. No bickies. The quietness was wonderful.
The bed was too high for the elderly. There was a trip hazard at the front door because of a curled up mat. The steps coming away from the front door were not regulation height.

Lovely quiet and comfortable room with all the basics. Easy to check in and out. Property owners quick to respond via text to our questions before and during stay. They provided a complimentary bottle of chardonnay for our anniversary which was nice.
There was some confusion as to the cabin which we booked. We wanted the one with the fireplace (which was more expensive) so booked this thru booking.com. I also confirmed this via text with owner after booking. However our confirmation email 24 hours before had the different cabin (cheaper room). We had already bought firewood in preparation for this and it did initially sour the weekend for us.

Being able to watch tv from the spa was good, the spa worked fine. Functioning heater for warmth and provided enough crockery. Clean bed.
It was a little too small and crowded, the sink functionality was hard to use, the power went out in the first night and also no hot water later in the night after the use of our first spa from earlier on. There was a supply of tea and coffee however only 1 tiny milk container provided but no butter or complimentary spreads that could have made the experience better and more thoughtful.
