    I believe the pictures speak for themselves. The only good thing about this place is the location, and the staff was nice. However, they were not aware of my reservation, how many rooms, anything at all. It was an unpleasant experience that led us to leave this place immediately (rooms were not even ready) and spend more money booking a new one. This hotel is in no condition to accommodate people, it needs a whole renovation from ground to roof… beds, amenities, drawers, AC… everything needs to be replaced. I sincerely recommend travelers to book elsewhere.

    Great budget friendly room if you’re looking just to sleep for a night. Location is excellent as we had to catch a 7am ferry to Dar es salaam. 2 minute walk to the ferry terminal and most other spots in stone town.

    No one bothered to accept the calls or to check the mails. At the time of checkin i have filled the form and went out for sometime as the room was under cleaning. Later, that room got asisgned to someone else. End up staying in a smaller room.
