The caretaker Shrikantha is an absolute gem, he goes above snd beyond to be helpful and to make the stay as convinient as possible.
Lots of space in all the rooms, secure parking, and everything was nice and clean.
The road to the property is probably the biggest downside- its in shambles.
Owner does not allow any social gatherings at all, which is a bit sad given the amount of space- felt a bit uncomfortable not being able to invite my friend in for chat, so we decided to go out. Of course the rule about no parties makes sense but If there is a bit of flexibility with inviting people, it might be better.

We stayed in the property because of the close proximity to the Nugegoda town area. It was just a 10 minute walk. The owner was very accommodative for our requests. The property has a caretaker. He is extremely good and helpful. He is very friendly and made sure that all the amnesties and comforts were made available during our stay. Overall we are extremely happy with our selection.
Nothing to dislike.

The caretaker, Mano, was kind and attentive to al our needs and very helpful which is a great plus for this accommodation.. Large property with washing machine and terrace to dry clothes. Spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One is en suite.
Note there is no air con in the lounge,, only the bedrooms though the ground floor bedroom air con was a bit temperamental.
