Bardzo miła obsługa i fantastyczne śniadanie w formie stołu szwedzkiego, pyszne pieczywo, dobra wędlina, świetne pasty, świeże warzywa i owoce. Pokoje bardzo czyste i zadbane. Lokalizacja- mistrzostwo jeśli wybierasz się na Kotelnicę lub termy Bania. Budynek stary, ale drewnienia boazeria odnowiona białą farbą buduje dość przyjemny i ciepły klimat. Widok z balkonu na ogród również bardzo przyjemny i mimo trwającej obok budowy nie ma uciążliwego hałasu z zewnątrz.
Kawa w ekspresie automatycznym (do śniadania) absolutnie koszmarna i niskiej jakości. Niestety stary i ciasny prysznic (60 - może 70 cm szerokości) nie ułatwia wykąpania dziecka. Najgorszy jednak jest dźwięk spłuczki i rur, które systematycznie i głośno informują o tym, że sąsiedzi korzystają z toalety (szczególnie uciążliwe w nocy).
