Great service! . Especially ms erlene front desk officer. Very accommodating staff. And they have live bands. And small food market. Rooms are clean. They have bathtub and toiletries. ... Accessible to robinson supermarket.

We stayed here for 3 days/2 nights for our anniversary. We booked a twin deluxe room with balcony so we had a nice and clear view of the Taal Lake. Checking in and out was easy and hotel staff are accommodating and nice. Breakfast menu options are limited. Amenities include a swim pool, play area, golf area, fitness gym. Hotel is located past Alfonso border and is nearer towards Batulao. We enjoyed our stay overall!

Buffet breakfast are great. Super value for money.

Review The location and surroundings are really nice, and the staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. However, the rooms are a bit old, especially the balcony, which was dirty. The bedsheets also had stains, which was disappointing. I tried calling housekeeping at around 8 PM, but no one answered. Basic amenities were also lacking, such as a comb and small towels, and there was only one tissue provided. For the TV, you need to log in to your own Netflix or Disney+ account to watch. As for the buffet, there were only a few choices, but the food was decent. Overall, the location is great and the staff are welcoming, but the room cleanliness, amenities, and responsiveness to calls need improvement to make the stay more comfortable.
