The building is old and not that well maintained, you can feel that the tiles are about to come out, balcony and windows were rusty, the toilet was stinky when we checked in, a bit overpriced. The breakfast food shall be improved, it gets full on a peak weekend

The view was nice and relaxing, which is one of the few highlights of the stay. Tagaytay’s scenery never disappoints.

Room:
The room was decent and clean at first glance, but there was a major issue: a very strong stench coming from the CR (bathroom). The smell was not bearable, especially in the morning. It smelled like something rotten (parang bulok/pusali). It was very unpleasant and made the stay uncomfortable. For a hotel at this price point, this should never happen.
Breakfast:
Very disappointing experience. We already spent around ₱5,000 for lunch and dinner. The teller told us that it was already okay and no additional payment would be needed. However, when we went for breakfast, we were still charged another ₱800. This was frustrating and inconvenient. The food selection was just so-so — nothing special for the price.
Overall Experience:
Super pricey but not worth it. The food quality does not match the cost, and the miscommunication regarding the breakfast payment was disappointing. For a premium hotel, service and food quality should be much better.
