    Location is very good surrounded by a shopping mall within walking distance and eateries. The staff is courteous and friendly. The hotel housekeeping dept need to go through rooms pillow and start changing those dirty & old ones. The pillow in my room is so old and dark yellow in color that I need to cover over it with a towel when I sleep on it.

    The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options within walking distance of the hotel. There are several hotels in the area, and this one appears to be among the better choices. However, the facilities are generally quite dated. There was also a certain smell when we first entered the room, which affected our initial impression.

    Called reception for extra towels but was told the hotel is fully booked so no extra towel will be given. What nonsensical excuse is that? The hotel only has that limited no. of towels? ### Hot water for the jacuzzi takes 30-40 minutes to heat up. A negative point for booking room with jacuzzi.
