Central to CBD and plenty of room in main room and bathroom.

Lighting in bathroom could be improved and shower leaked on floor.

the bed was comfy and the bathroom was massive and clean

there wasn’t any biscuits with the tea and coffee station

Quiet not a lot of noise. When I arrived i was given a room upstairs, I asked for a room down stairs this was granted, I wasgiven room 515.

The towels left a lot to be desired, cream colour and very little pill / loops very worn. I use a CPAP machine no power point close to the bed. Toilet and shower , had no window noran exhaust fan. The Air condition had mould in the vents. Had to phone for the wifi password.

Location good Bedroom layout and room size great The bed was very comfy

Opened the door and room had a musty smell Cleaning wasn't great, carpet visibly needed a good steam clean and bathroom not properly cleaned and aircon was terribly dirty There was items on the carpet that indicated it hadn't even been vaccuumed since last guest (hair ties and garment tags) The shower water runs out to bathroom significantly, actually floods, and looks like it would easily flow out to bedroom which is maybe the answer for the musty smell upon opening door Kitchen supplies inadequate, was only one coffee cup and one water glass, no coffee refills done for 2nd morning and bugger all milk first morning which was also not replenished. Parking was tight
