Beautiful view!!!! Comfortable well equipped house, perfect for a short stay. Close to the beach. If you head out before dawn/dusk you might see Fairy penguins. Great for families, as the playground is a short walk away.
The house could use a bit of an update & modern touch, with new lighting, updated outdoor setting & bbq, a coffee machine would be great! No lighting above the BBQ, so really difficult to cook outside in the evening.
Steps up to house from the front are really steep.

Location and space for kids to be kids
The washing machine doesn’t work we got 1 load ot of it and then it would turn on we had to go to the laundry in kingscote

It was independent accommodation. The view was fantastic.
The cafe across the road did not have a menu that appealed to us.
