The room was amazing, very clean and updated. Everything we expected. Absolutely no complaints about the room. This was our 5th stay here at treasure Island. The reason for the 1 star on the Accuracy of online listing was because we reserved room 1203 and 24 hours before check-in time Treasure Island called and informed me this room was no longer available. So we had to settle for a different room than we previously reserved. This was a bit of an inconvenience because I was extremely busy and had to deal with selecting a replacement room at the time. I had asked for beach service to be included for the inconvenience but was told that was not an option. Plus no inconvenience discount. Overall we still had a great stay!
