Location is very convenient, and I like the security in place for the area ... there is a guarded entrance to the area ... that is a plus plus
The bed/mattress (especially the one in the bedroom downstairs) could have been better. It is too low for an old man like me ... difficult to get up and down ... and the mattress is just too hard for an old man's back. Other than that, everything else is okay. Suggestion: free wifi could be good (though not entirely a must) especially if you have a smart tv in the future.
