    The staff were amazing! They were incredibly responsive and anticipated my needs. I dropped off my bag early in the morning before joining a tour, and when I returned in the afternoon, my bag had already been placed in my room, which was nicely cooled and ready for me. The resort looks new and is beautifully maintained. Thank you to Ferra for making my stay so memorable. I truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality and would happily stay here again.
