Beautiful and well-maintained territory with palm trees and banana trees, nice views of the mountain and greenery. Comfortable beds and good bed linen. Clean rooms. The entrance to the property is through a security checkpoint, which gives a feeling of privacy. Check-in is done through the security guard — just tell him you are staying at Sakoo Villa and he will guide you. The owner responds quickly on WhatsApp and is willing to help solve problems. There is a washing machine, which worked well and we used it often. You can park your car right next to your cottage. (Note: It is better to have a car or a bike to get around easily.)

We stayed there for 12 nights as two couples: me and my wife, and my parents. We needed 2 separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Also, based on the villa description and photos, I understood that one bedroom would be on the first floor and the second on the second floor. This was very important for us because my father has problems with his legs and it is difficult for him to use stairs. Unfortunately, after check-in we discovered that both bedrooms in our villa were on the second floor, and they also shared one bathroom, which created an additional privacy issue. I contacted the owner through WhatsApp, and the next day we were kindly offered to move to a neighboring villa where the bedrooms were located on different floors. We did that, and it was much better for us. Booking tip: it is better to ask the owner in advance for the bedroom layout that suits your needs best: *bedrooms on different floors - better privacy, each bedroom has its own bathroom *both bedrooms on the second floor - this option may be convenient for families with small children who want to stay closer together Unfortunately, the second villa had problems with the pool pump, and the water became stagnant and green. The owner sent workers to fix it, but the problem returned from time to time. As a result, the pool was not available for swimming for about half of our stay. As mentioned in other reviews, the villas are located directly next to the local road connecting Naithon Beach and the airport. The road also goes uphill, so cars, motorcycles, and trucks accelerate uphill near the villas, which creates some noise. It is a bit strange that the bedrooms also have windows facing the road, because without them it would probably be quieter. However, overall the traffic noise did not disturb our sleep at night. The noticeable noise usually started around 7–8 AM. If you leave food on the kitchen table, ants will come quickly. It would also be nice to have a dishwasher.

Piękny domek z prywatnym basenem w otoczeniu zieleni, czysty, bardzo ładnie urządzony. Domki były oddalone od siebie, dużo zieleni wkoło, dzięki czemu mieliśmy poczucie prywatności. W kuchni było trochę mało wyposażenia dla 4 osób (szklanek, kubków, widelców), ale po naszej prośbie bardzo szybko to uzupełniono. Lokalizacja ok - 5 minut autem do bardzo ładnej, spokojnej plaży. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny.

Domek był dość blisko ulicy i było słychać ruch samochodów, ale nie przeszkadzało nam to bardzo.

My měli patrovou vilu se dvěmi ložnicemi, obývákem, kuchyní a jídelnou, extra WC a sprcha v přízemí. Doplňování pitné vody, výměna ručníků,…. Toustovač, vybavená kuchyň pro vaření. Skvělý menší bazén hned u terasy.

…..malheureusement beaucoup de problèmes rencontrés lors de notre séjour : 1- pas de réception , juste un gardien de sécurité cependant très sympa et serviable 2- pas d’eau chaude et malgré réclamation donc toutes les douches à l’eau froide . Heureusement qu’il fait chaud ! 3- petite cuisine très mal équipée : impossible de cuisiner dans ce logement car pas assez d’accessoires et de vaisselles.juste prendre le petit déjeuner est faisable car il y’a une bouilloire et un grille pain . 4- logement perdu au milieu de nulle part ,pas de navette donc il faut compter un budget assez conséquent de taxi ou Grab . C’est assez cher car environ 320 baths pour descendre à Naithon beach qui se trouve à 2km env ! 5 - la piscine qui a le mérite d’exister même si elle est très petite elle permet de se rafraîchir mais elle est dans un piteux état ( carrelage décollé et couvert de rouille )
